The Longest Day fundraiser held at Newport Harbor Lawn Bowling Club

The Alzheimer’s Association, a patient advocacy group, organizes The Longest Day, and invites people to create a fundraising activity of their choice to outshine the darkness of Alzheimer’s. Held just two days after The Longest Day (summer solstice), members from Newport Harbor Lawn Bowling Club hosted a family-friendly networking and lawn bowling event that raised funds and awareness for the Alzheimer’s Association.

With wonderful weather for lawn bowling, attendees enjoyed a donated charcuterie by Newport Charcuterie.
