Pets of the Week

Stu News Newport is delighted to be working with the Newport Beach Animal Shelter to help get the word out in search of loving homes for pets that deserve a warm, nurturing environment and a place to call “home.”

The shelter is thrilled to announce that two charming 3-month-old Chihuahua mix puppies – Toffee and Oreo – are now available for adoption. These delightful pups are the last of a litter of four, with their siblings already having found their forever homes.

(L-R) Meet Toffee and Oreo

Now, Toffee and Oreo are ready to bring joy and companionship to loving families. Toffee and Oreo are a dynamic duo with playful spirits and affectionate natures. These boys are not only incredibly cute but also full of energy and curiosity, making them the perfect addition to any household. As puppies, they are at a crucial stage in their development and will require proper training to ensure they grow into well-behaved and happy adult dogs. They can be adopted individually or together.

If you’d like to meet Toffee and Oreo, contact the shelter at 949.718.3454, or email aco@nbpd.org for a meet and greet.

The shelter does require completed application forms for their animals, so simply print one up from their non-profit’s webpage at www.fonbas.org. After it is completed, you can email it to aco@nbpd.org, and upon review, they’ll call you to schedule an appointment. If you have any questions, call 949.718.3454.

On their wish list of needs is poop bags.
