ENC seeks high school volunteers for upcoming camps

The Environmental Nature Center (ENC) is looking for responsible high school students that love nature and working with children to be a part of the Leader in Training (LIT) program for their upcoming Presidents Week and Spring Break Nature Camps.

What is a Leader in Training? “LiTs” are amazing high school students that help with Nature Camps. This is a perfect opportunity for volunteers who enjoy working with children.

ENC is holding Presidents Week and Spring Break Nature Camps and seeks high school volunteers

Sessions:

–President’s Week Session: February 21-25

–Spring Break Session: April 11-15

Why? Get outside and away from screens for a few hours a day. Get some exercise, fresh air and some sun. Spend time with your peers and gain experience and responsibility supervising young children. It provides an excellent experience to include on a resume or college application.

What about COVID? The health and safety of ENC campers, staff and volunteers is and always has been of utmost importance to the Center. To ensure the well-being of all, they have transitioned to modified camp protocols aligned with best health practices. You must be vaccinated to be an LiT.
