The Fleur de Villes floral mannequin is on display in the Tea Garden through April 28

The mannequin was designed to honor artist Phil Dike’s Spear Fisherwomen series and takes inspiration from an untitled watercolor painting on display at Sherman Library. The design borrows the painting’s narrow color palette and mimics the strong lines in its form.

Sherman Library & Gardens’ fine art collection consists of plein air paintings and watercolors depicting California landscapes. The mannequin will be on display in the Tea Garden at Sherman Library & Gardens now through Sunday, April 28.

Mention you saw the photo in Stu News Newport to their gate staff and enjoy complimentary garden admission April 26, April 27 and April 28.

Sherman Library & Gardens is open 10:30 am until 4 p.m. daily and is located at 2647 E. Coast Highway, Corona del Mar.
