Fight Club OC announces inaugural Summer Youth Fight Camp

If Fight Club OC and SOCA Fights aren’t leaders already, promoting perhaps the best club fight show in the country, they will now take their name and reputation and affix it to their newest project – a summer youth fight camp.

Fight Club OC and SOCA Fights promoter Roy Englebrecht announced the Inaugural Flight Club OC Summer Youth Fight Camp, a first of its kind in California, if not the nation. Set for July 22 through August 2, this two-week camp will be held at the Raw Talent Boxing gym in Santa Ana, and will be for youngsters 8-13 years of age.

The Flight Club OC Summer Youth Fight Camp runs from July 22 through August 2

“What a great opportunity for kids to have fun, build confidence and learn the basics of boxing,” said Englebrecht. “And with two experienced trainers in Erin Toughill and Jorge “Chuy” Guitirrez to teach them, I know it will be a great two weeks for the campers.”

Interested parents can go to www.socafights.com to learn all about the camp and to register their youngster for the two-week camp that will cost $1,500. The camp fee will cover all lunches, snacks, drinks, boxing gloves, hand wraps, mouthpiece, T-shirt and a ticket to the August 29 Fight Club OC show, where campers will come into the ring and be introduced.
