North Beach Construction Notice:

Significant construction activities are taking place in the Crystal Cove State Park Historic District. The construction process includes installing all new infrastructure and restoring the remaining cottages for public use as overnight rental cottages.

Construction activities will be noticeable from the North Beach cottages, including #9, as well as the upper bluff cottages. Cottages #18, #29, #38 and #39 are located near the construction project entrance. The cottages located in the lower hollow will not be affected.

Construction activities are limited to weekdays from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with no work on state or national holidays. Access to park facilities will not change.

The construction process may at times cause some inconvenience, but they are certain that any short-term inconvenience will be more than offset by the long-term benefit of adding 22 additional overnight rental units all of which will be available to the general public.
