50th Annual CDM Home Tour delights attendees with exquisite homes, boutique shopping, a scrumptious lunch and a rocking after-party at VALIA Properties

The 50th Annual CDM Home Tour, presented by Barclay Butera Interiors and VALIA Properties, took place under sunny skies on Thursday, March 14. This special half-century celebration kicked off at the Civic Center with a welcome coffee to meet the presenting sponsors, a breakfast reception catered by Rose Bakery Café, a proclamation by Newport Beach Mayor Will O’Neill and student performances by the CDM Drumline and Orchesis Dance.

Attendees toured eight unique residences in CDM and Newport Beach (below is a peek at five of the homes), then at the Civic Center chatted over a delicious luncheon catered by Chef Pascal Olhats Cuisine & Backstage A’Fare Mesa, shopped at 38 amazing vendor boutiques, and had the chance to participate in a fabulous opportunity drawing and online auction while enjoying performances by the CDM Cheer and Jazz Band.

“Our 50th Anniversary Home Tour was fabulous! The whole day was perfect from the mayor’s welcome and proclamation to the students’ performances to the incredible boutique and the after-party celebration. We are so grateful to everyone for supporting our CDM students,” said Gina Jaha, CDM Home Tour chair.

Monies raised from the Home Tour (which are still being tallied) directly fund exceptional school programs at CDM Middle and High Schools.
